Wage & Hour Seminar in San Diego
May 25, 2011
Bridgeport's Annual Mid-Year Wage & Hour Litigation Conference will be held June 3, 2011 at the Westin San Diego. I've been to this program before, and have presented a few times, and I've always come away with some valuable new insights. The presentations this time will include recent trends and cases, derivative claims, PAGA and 17200 claims, recent developments in class certification, and strategies for settlement of individual and class actions in wage & hour cases. Expect a lot of discussion of the recent AT&T v. Concepcion case. For more information or to register, visit Bridgeport's website.
Good thing issues about wage and hour laws are being discussed yearly in events like this one. Both company owners and employees should be aware of the different provisions and conditions of the wage law to avoid unfair compensation among workers. They would also be able to save money on paying for damages and undergoing legal proceedings.

Some time before, I did need to buy a house for my business but I didn't have enough cash and couldn't order something. Thank God my friend adviced to get the business loans from reliable creditors. So, I did that and was satisfied with my credit loan.

One thing that we do is pancakes on Saturday morning - a tradition that we really wanted to do with the kiddos. Is there any chance you have a recipe for pancakes without eggs or milk (tall order...I know). I did find a website that sells box mixes, but since they are already more expensive, and I have to pay shipping, it would be nice if I can find a recipe I can make at home.
