    How about these:

    For the Wage/hour Plaintiff:

    Positive commandment 200:
Deuteronomy 24:15 "Give him his wage on the day it is due"

    Negative commandment 238:
Leviticus 19:13 "The wages of a hired worker shall not be left with you overnight until the morning"

    For the employer:
    Negative Commandment 300
It is forbidden to give a guilty person a more severe punishment than he can bear - Deuteronomy 25:2-3 "He shall give him forty lashes; he may not exceed"

    For lawyers in general:

    Negative commandment 315:
Exodus 22:27 "You shall not curse the judges"

    Negative Commandment 281
It is forbidden to listen to only one side while sitting in judgment - Exodus 23:1 "You shall not raise a false report"
