Wage Law

Next week, the National Constitution Center will present a 60-minute audio conference entitled "Complex Wage & Hour Law: Are you State, Federal & FLSA Compliant?" The conference will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, beginning at 1:00 p.m. EST (10:00 a.m. PST). The topics will include:

• New developments in  State & Federal wage and hour law 
• Strategies to correct time-keeping and pay practice errors 
• Policies and procedures necessary to avoid liability and
• The Most Common Classification "Gotcha's" - and How to Avoid Them
