    i am going but doubt if i am sufficiently knowledgeable to be a reliable correspondent; however, i am pretty sure kimberly of UCL blog is going and you know she is great.

    I couldn't be there, but I heard from someone who was there that it was unclear who won, except that two justices (Corrigan and Werdeger) seemed clearly in the penalty camp. They seem to be issuing only unanimous opinions as of late in Wage/Hour cases, so I don't know what to make of an apparent split. Has Corrigan been in a dissent yet in any kind of employment case?
