Our $2 million settlement in the Northrop meal period case was given final approval at a final fairness hearing on Monday, July 10, 2006. There were no objections. Approximately 90% of the class participated in the settlement. We will be moving as quickly as possible to have the Los Angeles County Superior Court enter judgment on the order and findings issued by Justice Trotter as general referee.
